We design and manage training / capacity building assignments and programmes for international government agencies, Trade Support Organisations (TSOs), Business Support Organisations (BSOs) and stakeholders.

Capacity Development Projects

Giraffe Consulting's most recent projects include:

• presenting to the EU MED SMEs Programme, training BSOs from the MED region (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine) on good practices in international e-commerce
• a capacity building programme for GIZ upskilling BSOs and service providers to develop international e-commerce in Jordan

• a capacity building programme for BSOs in North Macedonia developing their knowledge of exporting and helping SMEs access international markets, also on behalf of GIZ

• three training / capacity building programmes in Uganda, on behalf of CBI, supporting exports and inward investment in the area of IT outsourcing 

• providing the GIZ EU for Economic Growth Project in North Macedonia support in the assessment of project proposals for SME grant funding including training the GIZ team on procedures, assessing the applications and checking the assessors were following the guidelines consistently

• providing technical export assistance to the Ministry of Commerce in Myanmar and training to officials from MyanTrade as part of the EU’s Myanmar Trade Development Programme

• organising a market visit to France for BSOs from Myanmar at the time of the SIAL trade fair.
