SME Competitiveness Projects
Examples of Giraffe Consulting's work include:
- designing a SME competitiveness programme / supplier development programme for engineering companies, to improve their potential to supply automotive manufacturers and other OEMs, in Moldova on behalf of GIZ
- designing and implementing a SME competitiveness programme as part of a SME linkages project, focusing on the hotels and hospitality sector, in Georgia for UK DFID, in partnership with PWC
- designing an SME linkages programme for the OECD supporting SMEs in the food sector in Moldova
- developing a plan for the Orkney renewable energy supply chain in Scotland, advising on the formation of a new trade group to take maximum advantage of the business and economic benefits from future opportunities in Orkney’s renewable sector including the offshore wind industry
- supporting companies from Croatia on the EU SMEPASS Project, helping each SME produce robust marketing plans to increase sales and international trade.
